In 2021, we decided to build a facility just for our dogs—and we’re so glad we did! While our dogs have free rein on our farm and ranch during the day, they needed a cozy, dedicated space at night and during those extra-cold winter spells.

The dog barn also comes in handy when we have puppies. Our puppies and their moms live in our home until they’re about 4–5 weeks old, then transition to the puppy area in the barn.

Our dog barn is fully equipped with heat and air conditioning, a bathing station, and both indoor and outdoor runs. The best part? It’s just a 20-second walk from our back door—so they’re always close by and well cared for.
