DEPOSIT/WAITLIST POLICY:

We have two different paths to help future families plan ahead.

1. PAID DEPOSIT LIST

• This is the fast track for families who are ready to commit and want the highest pick possible of the litter (after ours – we always reserve pick #1.)

• Only 4 paid PRE-DEPOSIT spots are available per litter – those are picks #2, #3, #4, and #5.  Perks of being on the deposit list: early sneak peeks and whelping updates, private updates and photos during the newborn stage, first access to choose your puppy before we open reservations to the public.

• Your pick is secured in the exact order your deposit is received.

• The $500 deposit is REFUNDABLE and/or TRANSFERABLE to another litter before your choice is made.  Once a puppy is chosen, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. FREE WAITLIST

Not quite ready to put down a deposit yet? No problem – we also offer a free waitlist option for families who want to stay in the loop!

Here’s how it works:

• Fill out the application form to get on the list.

• Once the deposit list has chosen their puppy, we notify the waitlist.

• Puppy selection then opens up on a first come, first serve basis (based on who places a deposit first).

There’s no cost to be on the waitlist, just a genuine interest in giving one of our puppies a forever home!

• We would LOVE to video chat with you to see our beautiful babies!  We also post pictures and videos frequently on our Facebook page as well.  We do not, however, allow visiting the puppies until after their second round of vaccinations, at 8 weeks.  This is because they are highly susceptible to contagious diseases and prioritizing their health ensures a safe and healthy start. 

• Those who placed pre-litter deposits will have first choice in the order in which the deposits were placed.

• Once a puppy has been chosen, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. 

• Then we notify those on the waitlist of the remaining puppies.

TAILS: The breed standard for Australian Shepherds is a docked tail.  All puppies will have their tails docked and dew claws removed at 2-3 days old by a licensed veterinarian.  If you want your puppy to keep his tail, choosing your puppy and full payment is required the day it is born.  To do this, I highly recommend placing a paid deposit before the litter is born so you have the option for first choice. 

We accept deposits and final payments through the following platforms:

• Venmo

• Cashapp

• Zelle

• GoodDog.com - Good Dog's website offers a secure, safe platform to pay via credit card. (Both deposit and final payment must be through Good Dog if choosing this platform.)

• Cash (for final payment)

If any processing fees are incurred, the buyer is responsible for the deposit amount plus any additional fees.

Once deposit is placed, the remaining balance may be paid at your convenience and intervals that work best for you, provided all funds are cleared before the puppy leaves our care.

• Arrangements need to be made in advance for pick up.  

• We deliver to DFW or OKC airports for those who fly in to pick up their puppy.  Puppies can fly in cabin with most airlines, for a fee. 

• We also drive within 2-3 hours for deliveries on specific days at no extra charge.  DFW, OKC, and Stillwater are our most common meeting spots for new families.  

• Of course, you may also pick up your puppy at our farm/ranch near Grandfield, OK.  (However we do not allow visitors before 8 weeks as puppies are extremely vulnerable to life threatening diseases and parasites.)
